20, at 11 a.m., at the Immanuel Lutheran Church, Waupun. The Revs. Richard Lawrence and Shelly Schultz will officiate. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens, town of Trenton. Mrs.

Thiem was born on Feb. 16, 1914, in Columbus, the daughter of Emil and Sena (Thiel) Teletzke. She was married on May 16, 1937, to Leo Thiem in Columbus. Mrs. Thiem was a resident of Waupun for 63 years.

She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, Waupun, the Ladies Aid and the Miriam Circle. Survivors include one brother, Edward (Dorothy) Teletzke, Sparta; very special nephew, Clifford (Marlene) Teletzke, Waupun; nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Leo, in 1966; one sister, Clara Pederson; and four brothers, Harry, Ervin, Wilbert and Alvin Teletzke. Friends may call on Tuesday, Feb. 20, from 10 a.m.

Vander Werff, 39, of Beaver Dam, died on Sunday, Feb. 18, 2001, at his home. The funeral is pending with the Murray Community Funeral Home, Beaver Dam. The funeral was held on Monday, Feb. 19, at 11 a.m., at Immanuel Lutheran Church, North Burnett. The Rev. Floyd Gogolin officiated. Burial was in Watertuwn Lutheran Cemetery.

Mrs. Pieper was born on Sept. 9, 1919, in the town of Shields, the daughter of Frank and Emma (Altenburg) Borchardt. She was married on Nov. 3, 1945, to Marvin Schmidt in Watertown.

She was married on June 22, 1969, to Clarence H. Pieper in Watertown. Mrs. Pieper was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church North, Burnett, and its Ladies Aid. She had been employed at Nite-Cap Motel and Baso Watertown, and was a Shaklee distributor.

She enjoyed doing crafts, playing cards, fishing and gardening. Survivors include her husband, Clarence H. Pieper, Burnett; two daughters, Valene (Douglas) Schuenemann, Watertown, and Charlotte (Larry) Schears, Waupun; one son, Larry Schmidt, West Allis; one daughter-in-law, Judith Schmidt, Sheboygan; two sisters, Frances Krahn, Sheboygan, and Selma Borchardt, Jefferson; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Marvin Schmidt, on Oct. 29, 1962; one son, Darrel Schmidt; three sisters, Lilli Borchardt, in infancy, Adeline Zabel, and Clara Frey; and three brothers, Arthur, Frederick and Arnold Borchardt.

Friends called on Sunday, Feb. 18, from 4 to 8 p.m., at the Koepsell Funeral Home, Beaver Dam, and on Monday, Feb. 19, from 10 a.m. until the time of service, at Immanuel Lutheran Church, North Burnett. Memorials may be made to Immanuel Lutheran Church, North Burnett.

Sandra J. Schwister Sandra J. Schwister, 32, of 1017 Madison Beaver Dam, died on Friday, Feb. 16, 2001, at Beaver Dam Community Hospital. A memorial service will be held on Monday, Feb.

19, at 6:30 p.m., at the Koepsell Funeral Home, Beaver Dam. The Rev. Daniel Massie will officiate. Following the memorial service, everyone is invited to Bayside Supper Club for a dinner and a time of fellowship. Inurnment of the cremains will be at a later date, at St.

Michael's Catholic Cemetery, Beaver Dam. Ms. Schwister was born on June 10, 1968, in Beaver Dam, the daughter of John R. and JoAnne (Kostolny) Schwister. Ms.

Schwister was a graduate of Beaver Dam High School and was employed at Green Valley Enterprises, Beaver Dam. She was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church, Beaver Dam. desire to learn, personal values, self-esteem, strong relationships and goal setting. HORICON A 40th anniversary celebration is being planned by Pack 3760 Cub Seoul leaders for Saturday, April 7. During the annual Blue and Gold banquet program Sunday afternoon, Cubmaster Tim Tschudy invited anyone in the community or area who has been involved in the program as a cub scout or leader to contact Deb McGilvra at 485-4365.

The birthday bash will be celebrated at 1:30 p.m. in the Van Brunt Elementary Middle School cafeteria. Stressing the importance of scouting, Ryan Bush, representing Bay Lakes Council, urged support of the program by contributing what they can. Bush reported that studies have revealed that scouts develop stronger ethical standards and advance to a higher level of education. Police said when Warpinski looked back to throw a cigarrette out the window of his vehicle, his vehicle veered into the ditch and struck an embankment. He was transported to Beaver Dam Community Hospital by the Beaver Dam EMS. The Reeseville Fire Department and Reeseville first responders assisted at the scene.

Warpinski was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident. 528 Walnut was injured in the accident and transported to Beaver Dam Community Hospital. Rural fire call Firefighters responded to a car fire at the intersection of Jackson and Ridge roads. The car, owned by Banes Auto, W9178 Iron Road and driven by Richard Prechel, 313 W. Third Beaver Dam, was destroyed in the blaze. JUNEAU Three people were injured in an accident Friday in the town of Hubbard on Highway TW, 200 feet north of Hull Road.

According to the Dodge County Sheriffs Department, the accident occurred at about 2:40 p.m. when a 1989 Plymouth driven by Jennifer R. Peters, 26, of Iron Ridge, collided with a 2000 Ford driven by Shahn R. Gavinski, 31, of Jefferson. Police said Peters, who was traveling south on Highway TW, lost control of her vehicle and it began to fishtail.

Gavinski, who was traveling north, attempted to avoid the Peters' vehicle, but the Peters' vehicle spun around and struck the Gavinski vehicle. Gavinski, Peters and a passenger in her vehicle, Matthew R. Jacobson, 2, of Iron Ridge, were transported to Beaver Dam Community Hospital by the Horicon EMS. Peters and Jacobson were wearing seat belts at the time of the accident, but Gavinski was not. In another accident, a Watertown man was injured Saturday in the town of Shields on Highway five-tenths of a mile south of Clymet Koad.

Whipple APPLETON Meghan Rose Whipple, 17, died suddenly on Friday, Feb. 16, 2001, at home, of unknown medical causes. The funeral will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 20, at 11 a.m., at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 2220 E. College Appleton.

The Rev. Thomas A. Part will officiate. Ms. Whipple was born on Dec.

29, 1983, in West Allis. Ms. Whipple enjoyed music, art and animals. She had planned and dreamed of a career in cosmetology. She shared a special relationship with Shawn Weyenberg.

She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
