She was a graduate of Rhinelander High School, Dr. Martin Luther College in New Ulm, with a BS in education, and received her masters degree from Sienna Heights College of Adrian, Mich. She was also a parochial school teacher in the Wisconsin Synod for 38 years, retiring in Dec. 1993. Survivors include her husband, Wilber Hatzung, Juneau; one daughter, Mary (Rev.

She was a resident of Beaver Dam since 1 932, worked as a secretary for the Beaver Dam Chamber of Commerce for many years, was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church, the Daughters of Isabella, the Beaver Dam Women's Club, Dodge County Community Concerts, and was a former, member of the Unified Catholic Parish Schools School Board. Survivors include three daughters, Patricia (Larry) Farino, Madison, Adele Sharkey, Forest Park, 111., and Marilyn (Arthur) Lucbbing, Naperville, two sons, Robert (Dclores) Sharkey, Horicon, and John (Lynn) Sharkey, Juneau; six grandchildren; eight greatgrandchildren; one sister, Madclyn (Ted) Brodesser, Fox Lake; one sister-in-law, Mary Sharkey, Pewaukee, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband in 1974; and one sister, Delores.
