weeks has probably noticed the 30-plus teenagers running blocking and tackling each other With the help of 19-year-old Doug Dummer these teens have formed their own little after-school football league Every day the teens who show up are split into two teams Sometimes they keep score Sometimes they To them it matter just happy to have something to do Dummer who graduated from Portage High School this past summer had a good reason for starting the league football after school keeps everyone out of Dummer said nothing to do in Portage You skateboard you Rollerblade and too expensive to go to a movie everyday play for like three hours too tired to do anything after playing football for that Dummer understands how easy it is for teens to put themselves in difficult situations He is scheduled
